CamStudio is able to record all screen and audio activity on your computer and create industry-standard AVI video files and using its built-in SWF Producer can turn those AVIs into lean, mean, bandwidth-friendly Streaming Flash videos (SWFs)

With CamStudio you can save the screen activity to AVI format. This is an ideal program to develop video presentations, especially for teachers who want their students to classes and view class, for the design of a tutorial to show the use of a program and distribute on its website or simply to bring a graphic user support and send it by mail. With its features, you can save a specific area chosen on the screen or the totality Windows screen. Unfortunately, it does not support dual-screen management.

You can also integrate sound capture but also save capture in Flash format in order to distribute them on the web, SWF file being lighter than Avi. For this is very simple.
